Booth Space Rental

Booth space units are available in 8-foot (length) spaces. Each booth rental includes:

  • One (1) 6-foot draped table and two (2) side chairs
  • A listing in the official program guide
  • A post-event list of all conference attendees
  • Admission to the lunch scheduled for Tuesday, April 27
  • Admission to the morning and afternoon refreshment breaks

Booth space will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Badge information will be requested via e-mail prior to the event and is mandatory for all booth staff.

The Nashville Marriott Airport Hotel will handle any additional requests for items or services not included in the rental and setup fee.
